Personalized items require additional processing time before they are dispatched. Typically, standard processing takes approximately 2 weeks, while rush orders are expedited within 1 week. If your purchase consists of multiple items, rest assured that the entire order will be shipped together once the personalization is complete.

Please note that orders cannot be split and alterations cannot be made once they are in progress, especially with monogramming.
